swim did some pink champagne a few years back at a party and was told it was speed and coke mixed together aswell.

Indeed..... Swims good friend Marvellous Marvin the Tap Dancing Horse and part time chef assures Swim under no uncertain terms that Swim should indulge in the pink stuff. Clear to white and at worst a hint of Yellow to be sure. Think on people, It's botched and the reason why its so strong is that they dare not degrade it too much by visiting Epsom, for fear of passing to much of an inferior product!

pink champaign is amphetamine sulfate or amphetamine sucrate depending on who you ask. internationally it is more commonly meant to be amphetamine sulfate (the sulfer anion makes it pink, hence its name). in the states, it often refers to dexedrine IR which is amphetamine sucrate made into a pink pill that is slightly sugary. regardless it is the dextrorotary isomer of amphetamine.

But why would it cause a full-blown trip in someone who was VERY familiar with amphetamine?

About 20 minutes in Kit reports there was the 'I need to go' in the middle of a crazy kid trying to hold a conversation on speed's 'conversation'. That's for another post though... anyway that was full-blown visuals in iridescent(sp) colour she reliably informs.

Where SWIM is from Pink Champagne is pink coloured wet amphetamine, always very potent stuff, apparently.

Ditto, where I am. If I hear there's some around, I always try to get it. It's generally cleaner, too. If you get white pink champagne, you know it's been stomped on hard, and to turn it down.

where my mouse is from pink champagne is like a base form of speed...its gooey,like blu-tak but pink.if youve had base speed (off white and squishy) then its like that but pink...up in scotland anyway.Also my mouse once had a pink speed pill...looked like an E with a nike sign on it,but it DEFINATLY was speed..my mouse isnt sure if thats pink champagne either...but he says it was one of the best speed nights he has had lol

barafundle - it could be the pink pill you had was a dodgy diet pill (by that swim means legal but morally dubious, she was once prescribed them when only 10-15 lb overweight, really they are meant for people well over that but that is a different post...), this kitten used to get those from a scary woman who had been prescribed them since the sixties... they contained at least three varieties of speed, all hellishly potent. One pill and a cat would be up for 24 hours... sadly they seem to have disappeared for a number of years now

Swim told me it could be from fireworks as well. Swim has plenty relatives who smoke meth daily, and the one supplying was asking for fireworks.
