Tapering - Not sure what to take???

SWIM has been smoking meth going on 4 months, and was taking loads of GBL too, swim stopped GBL but did not think SWIM was taking it regularly enough to induce withdrawals. Full on panic attacks + benzo withdrawals from the combo began so now SWIM has quit both and is wondering what to do. SWIM has been awake for 3 days now (before withdrawals began, just from meth) and wants some sleep but cannot feel tired and is afraid of waking up in a panic attack now. SWIM took 1 gram phenibut this afternoon then 1.8 grams about 2.5 hours ago but is already beginning to hallucinate and feel anxious and is twitching and having electric shock/burning feelings randomly and seeing and hearing things that are not there. Don't want to overabuse phenibut and add something else to this ridiculous mix. Don't have any more GBL or meth. I have access to xanax, GBL, but not for another 12 hours, and have a bottle of phenibut with me, what can SWIY recommend?

Also want to add it has been 24 hours since meth last smoked, only way SWIM ever did it. Was smoking every day.

yeah be careful with phenibut actually.

get diazepam now.

check out the diazepam taper schedule in the downers section and do that. diazepam (valium) has a long half life so it is eliminated very slowly, keeping blood levels steady and allowing a very gradual dosage reduction.

you absolutely must taper... it is dangerous (possibly lethal) to cold turkey downers.
