Does anyone know what the legal status of Peruvian Torch liquid extract or Peruvian torch powder is in the UK as it is freely available on the net from Peru

or preparing them for ingestion so as to experience the effects of the
mescaline, before you have effectively crossed the line between the legal and

will push the limits until they get a reaction.

the priests/politicians/police will push back.

that the cacti themselves will be made illegal.

create such a situation – in other words, would not buy from those who deal

Dried mescaline cactus tissue is illegal in the UK and in the States. It just has not been noticed by the authorities yet.

I was under the impression that peruvian torch and san pedro skin was
legal until there was an established intent to consume as with other
entheogens such as morning glory. Have I just been misinformed?

I'd say any attempt to process the cacti could be used to establish intent to consume.
