Effects - Swim had some weird effects on Adderall XR

Swim took 30 mg of Adderall about 16 hours ago, then 20 mg 15 hours ago

Swim was feeling really good and got a lot of work done, but swim was stuck crashing in the afternoon so swim decided to take 20 mg Adderall XR but swim's friend accidently gave swim a 30 mg Adderall XR 6.5 hours ago.

Swim chewed all of these pills, but swim did not take care to grind them all the way down. A few hours after taking the last pill, Swim did not feel so good and swim's heart started to race. Swim decided to drink lots of water and try to eat a few slices of bread, swim had not eaten for over twelve hours. But Swim's heart was still racing.

Now swim is still drinking lots of water, and swim's heart is calm while he sits, but swim's chest is a little achy and when swim walks swim's heart starts to race again. Swim has no other signs of an adderall overdose except for a little bit of cramping in one section of swim's leg a few hours ago. Is there anything Swim can do to calk his heart? Does it sound like swim is going to be okay?

Oh, and swim also had a few cups of coffee in between the second pill (20 mg of adderall XR) and the last pill. Also, swim does not use these for ADHD, ADD, or Narcolepsy

Even with the XR (where some of the beads release after 4 hours), you should be past the peak of the effects already, so you should start feeling better

Swim is certainly past the peak effects, and is actually starting to feel a bit tired. Can swim expect swim heart to calm down soon as well, or will it take longer than for swim to crash? This has never happened to swim before, so swim is sort of clueless

Good, lay down and relax then. The worst thing you can do actually is panic or worry about it, since that makes your pulse/BP go up.

swim has never done that high, usually does between 50-60, but swim does not do adderall that often so swim has very little tolerance

UPDATE!

Swim's heart has calmed down significantly, but it still beats fast if he moves around too much. But Swim is now starting to hallucinate a bit, swim thinks it is sorta like a really mild schrooms trip, the edges of things are wiggling.

In other news, swim is really upset because swim's mother got angry at him for not eating and made swim eating, she said that swim was anorexic.... this bothered swim a lot.

But swim is definitely coming down and actually enjoying his hallucinations a bit, is swim still okay though?

Swim's pupils have become massively dilated, perhaps the adderall is starting to hit him again, this is very strange for swim

Part of the reason why it might mess w/ your vision a bit is because your pupils are dilated as well. Remember how things looked funny when the eye dr dilated your pupils?

this is not about me, this is about swim, and swim is enjoying it, no worries! But swim is waking up more! This has been a long time for Swim on Adderall, and for not very much, swim is getting close to 24 hours

If our aquatic friend had high acidity in that sea blue stomach then swiy would not absorb near as well. My squirrel says the fish should try taking tums, or other calcium based antacid. Also baking soda or just plan salt water will also do to help bring your stomach ph up a bit. Adderall actually absorbs better in bases than acids. Personally, my squirrel is wondering about some things before the binge.
Diet? Foods? Liquids? amount of sleep. Did swiy take in any aspertame, or large amount of eggs...(many other foods in this group that contain building blocks for dopamine. Dopamine is what adderall effects, both release and reuptake(ending the "reward" by stealing the awesome biochem molecule)

Do fish smoke cigs? Pain killers? weed?

My squirrel took in roughly 75mg over last 18 hours, and never even rushed. He snorted, he grinded and swallowed and can not find a peak. Squirrel sniffed up 25mg fine cursh(likr baby powder crushed lol) 1.5 hours ago and feels calmer than when he put it in. Explain that! also no pupil change either direction. Actually being alert and mildly tingling scalp are the only indication he took it more. Squirrel have an ultra high metabolism? not likely, squirrel eats, moderate and gains weight easy )lose it fast too though...dunno)

Those negative side effects can be avoided my getting regular sleep, dosing at t+10h is asking for all sorts of misery. Look, crashes happen, if you don't suffer through it, the next crash is only going to be worse, you've got to come down at some point. This sort of behavior (taking more drugs to avoid a crash) is what causes habituation and addiction.

Deez'[ downed 1g or so of alkaline(baking soda) to knock my acidity down. If swims math is right, He should still have some residual especially without the urge to urinate constantly. So the baking soda goes down, and 30 or so mins later I feel SOMETHING, but could be the sugar pill effect. The real test will begine when the base starts neutralizing his urine The body loses on average 50'% of every dose directly into urine, UNTOUCHED. If one manages to change ph by just a point towards base, then the body can take advantage of as high as 95% of the injested amount. *Deez is about to down another small amount of the baking soda* For the record, sodium in general will do the same thing as baking soda, though I dont know if just eating alot of salt will work lol. Swim's diet is extremely low in salt overall, and now wonders if this is his absorbtion problem.(new thought woot) Anyway, just adding onto my previous post/problem Off to the soda!

You know.. if swim is using on a regular basis though.. he'd be very careful about screwing around with his stomach PH constantly. The last thing you want to do is give yourself ulcers.
