what scares swiy?
is there a part of the heroin high that scares swiy or keeps him from becoming comfortable with his dose? swim asks because he has been gradually increasing his opiate dosages and wants to know if heroin users nod more or have shallower breathing that other opiate users. swim has also heard it can become almost impossible to move/talk after an average shot, is heroin that more sedating than pharms/opium? and does it ever frighten swiy?
