SWIMS's Heroin conjeeled/conjeiled. I am not sure how to spell it..

Anyways it went 'solid' in the pin. SWIM' did not know what to do.. And did not want to waste it so he banged it in his arse..

SWIM says 10 mins later. He was itchy all over. Like the 1st time he injected heroin..

But it just took 10 mins to hit!

SWIM says it blew his head off?

Anyone heard any one else doin' this?

Yes, swim has seen people doing this before quite a few times. Although he never has. He sticks to IV.

Intramuscular injection, it's also where steroid users who inject tend to go.
My pet wouldn't really advise it, he think there's a bigger risk of abscesses from this route rather than IV.

When my pet used to get some blood in the syringe clotting he'd quickly put some warm water in the syringe and shake it about, this usually done the trick and stopped the blood clotting, ready for IV again.

Plus, my pet doesn't think one gets any "rush" from IM administration. Though he could be wrong, he's never went this route.

When swim said he banged it in his ass, did swim mean with a pin? or the pin taken off and inserted rectaly?

If it blew your head off, swim is interested!

Hmmm...not too sure about all this.

Firstly, SWIM thinks the potential for infection/ abscess/ celulitis type problems is massively increased by intra-muscular injection. When injecting into a vein, all the impurities in the gear are taken to your liver and kidneys and filtered out of it. Sure, it's not too good for your internal organs, but compared to this lump of god-knows-what just sitting there under your skin, festering, it's a good deal less likely to result in any infections at the injection site.

Secondly, whenever SWIM has missed her intended IV hits, and it's ended up in the muscle/ flesh of her arm, she hasn't felt a thing from it. Nothing. A complete waste of a hit, a sore lump on her arm, the worry of a risk of infection, and fuck all else.

The above is just SWIM's personal opinion, based on her experience, but SWIM really wouldn't advise it...

Now it could be that SWIM is missing the point completely and "banged it in his arse" means inserted it rectally, but going by the subject header - "Gluteous Maximus" is the muscle on yer bum - SWIM thinks this is what was meant.

But just in case, again, in SWIM's experience, once, when she'd buggered up her last hit beyond any repair (i.e. a solid lump of bloody mess in a pin that no amount of heat/ water/ citric could save) she tried this whole sticking it up yer bum thing, and again, it didn't do a thing. And SWIM was really rattling at the time, so would have noticed any slight improvement. This could be because SWIM had an unfeasably large habit at the time, or because she didn't wait long enough (after ten minutes of it not working, SWIM went out and purchased another half g and got in this time) but either way, the above experiences have left SWIM somewhat sceptical of the merits of either intra-muscular or rectal use...

The Torroise, banged it using a PIN yes.. Just like a steroid user would do!!!

It did blow the tortoises head off , just like when my pet 1st ever injected heroin into veins!

my pet said it just took 10 mins to kick in, It was not instant/

swim does this a lot because her veins are so bad and yes the effects can be really good, usually not a rush but swim still gets the nod.

there are other threads on this that give better instructions on where to go if swiy needs to do this in the future.

the large muscle areas like the hip and thigh are the two most used.

swiy should not be injecting blood into the muscle though. also, it is much more risky as far as getting abscesses. swim has had several and they are not fun. rotating injection sites as much as possible helps.

also, there is a good thread on how to get the blood seperated from the heroin so it is not wasted once it coagulates.
