Dosing help

Hello everyone!

SWIM went down to the local health food store and picked up some Kava extract in capsule form. It has:

Quote:

Kava Kava Extract(Piper Pethysticum)(root): 250mg
std. to 30% Kavalactones: 75mg
Kava Kava (Piper Pethysticum)(root): 50mg

How much should SWIM take?

SWIM was also wondering if it would be better to dump the stuff out of the Capsules and pour into a liquid?
