Overdose - URGENT -- overdose?!?!

Last night SPIM had benadryl (a bottle of 100-25mg pills).

We took 10 pills at 9:05pm and then 10 more at 10:00pm.. they had told SWIM they researched it and heard it was really fun for recreational use.

After smoking and hanging out a bit, SWIM started having serious hallucinations. About 11:30 or so SWIM became extremely confused and panicky. SWIMs heart felt like it was beating way too fast and sometimes just felt like it completely stopped. SWIM had pain in the chest and a erally dry mouth.. and a great shortness of breath. Around the same time SWIMS head started shaking uncontrollably as well; I don't know what having a seizure is like so I can't tell if that's what it is.. but it was never SWIMS whole body that shook uncontrollably.. just the neck and head.

SWIM kept dranking a ton of water and juice but these symptoms carried on for a while.. SWIM asked friends to take me to the hospital but they were convinced I was just being paranoid and having a panic attack.

SWIM eventually fell asleep.. when SWIM awoke SWIM immediately went to the computer and looked it up.. all the symptoms listed were overdose symptoms.

SWIM is now at home (today is the morning after) and my heart still feels like it is beating irregularly.

What should I do?
Any way to detox myself quickly?
Should I go to the doctor? (I'm not shaking anymore.. but is there a chance of death?
