Addiction - Current heroin addiction.

Hello...

So...swim is new here, just wondering really whether most of the people here are current addicts, people just dabbling, or people just interested in the whole thing...

Swim has used heroin since she was 16, I'm 23 now, so that's 7 years. She just about got away with it, recreationally, til she was 18 or so, and only got a habit when she started injecting, about 4 years ago.

Swim has posted on a couple of other "recovery" sites, but people there don't seem to like the idea of an active user posting articulate, interesting messages...so maybe this is slightly more up my street?

Also, this seems to be a bit more harm-reduction friendly, rather than the whole 12-steps Zammo-just-say-no mentality...
