How long should SWIM wait after taking MDMA to take DXM?

Swim is completely aware of the danger of serotonin syndrome and risk of overheating if Swim took these two at the same time (Swim highly advises against that), that being said...

Swim took the mdma 48 hours ago, he is curious if a low dose of DXM (Around 300-500mg) would still be risky?
