Health - Heart going crazy after Ivory Wave snorting powder. Help!

Hi ive just snorted a couple of lines of Ivory wave for the first time and its made my heart go crazy is there any way i can calm it down?? PLEASE HELP!!

Swim has never heard of Ivory Wave, does swiy know the actual chemical name as opposed to the marketing name ? Either way call a friend to stay with swiy incase things get worse.... or directly call for medical help.

If you have a friend close, then let your friend measure your heart rate. If your friend concludes your heart rate is abnormally high, then call a doctor.

See if you can calm yourself down and relax more.

You will want to read up on mephedrone side effects, because this sounds just like it. I am not sure if Ivory Wave contains mephedrone, but it is likely that it does.

Anyway if in any doubt ring an ambulance.. As for swim he always has been sitting it out.... And he finds that keeping busy doing things helps (others will say lying still and try to be calm helps, each to there own)

Or a benzodiazepine (diazepam or others) can help. Really if in doubt or swiy start feeling really unwell then go to hospital, phone an ambulance or at least get a friend who can help (phone an ambulance) when or if needed..

It could feel "safe" when a friend is around ! If not good luck with sitting it out..... Swim been there a few times.... Also whats bought in a smart shop doesn't.t mean its safe ! Please when you have time have a look at the rules and welcome to the forum, all the best !

hey man yeah that sucks dude and i hope you were alright in the end but yeah man that ivory wave stuff is unreal.. swim and two a the boys got a few dirt cheap bags of that stuff yesterday cus we know a guy that works in the headstore yeah and im not really a big fan of any of them legal pills or atin(oh yeah its legal whyd i say swim) normally but this stuff was killer man i mean theres a prober good buzz of it, but yeah i can see how your heart could be going crazy from it man it is stronger than youd think but we spaced or bags out threwout the night and swim were smoking spliffs aswell so nothing like that happened to any of us or anything, but yeah let us know if you find out anymore about the stuff cus if we keep getting bags for so cheap i think were going to be getting alot more a that shit cus there is actually a class buzz of it and the police cant do shit to you for doing it.. anyways yeah shit sorry for promoting something you had such a shit time on dude i just think the headstore dudes are finnally onto something with this lets see how long it lasts though

Hey dude yeah this ivory wave is some proper crazy, strong as fuck stuff,SWIM has just started getting in to legal drugs after being hooked on coke for a year,Anyway sorry to bang on bit mashed!?!...I bought some LP sparkle from headstore found that ok but it was £XX a gram then found this ivory wave cheap as fuck SWIM only did 400mg and couldnt sleep all night or eat or function the next day, after alot of web research ive come to the conclusion that its methadrone which there seems to be little known about?

But, attention, there is also a mdpv 3,4-Methylenedioxypyrovalerone which can have the effects which swiy describe, but doses are weaker. The substance can appear as light-brown powder to clear white.
Bad effects: anxiety, insomnia, tachycardia, hypertension...

And it can produce severe and painfull comedown just like methamphetamine with, depression, hypotension, weakness, lethargy etc...

Read on another board thast Ivory Wave is a nickname used by headstores for sell what seems to be a cut (or sometimes non cut) version of MDPV.

dalmationJack: never, NEVER speak about lines, please.
Before use every susbstance, try to search the web for a corrrect dose.
As for MPDV, you can obtain 100 doses out of a gram of MDPV (and 10mg is a fair sized dose - a lot of people take much smaller 3-5mg doses...i mean, every compound has a different dose.
As for MDPV, the crash i really bad even with proper dose...i cannot imagine how would like with 400 mgs...which are A LOT.



I remember (years ago) a friend of mine unvoluntary gone in a K-Hole, 'cause that was the first time with K for him...and he snorted a Coke size line....like in the Asia Argento's film Diva.

Swims now been using Ivory Wave almost daily for about 6 weeks now. He uses no more than 3 x 50mg dose a day and the tolerance build up drops real fast if you take even one day off. Come down is a little edgy, but nothing compared to many of this class type. It helps him deal with a currently large workload (any excuse hey!) Although he know's there will most likely an unplesent crash at some point with the next 3 months! He also knows that he using a substance that not much is known about, but hey the feedback has to come back via some channel and I will report my issues with it over the next few weeks....

swims also concluded that Ivory Wave contains a new chemical as he researched considerably and no other drug in this class has the consistenly same effect. It's highly unlikely it's MDVP in swims opinion!

Either way it's undoubtably the most amphet' like drug on the market and strongest for sure. It has less side effects than all that I've researched and it could be the next Big thing in legal, so long as the low doseage advice gets out there!

The head shops really aren't doing themselves any favors selling this stuff. How long before someone is hospitalized and it hits the news. If it is MDPV SWIM cant believe they are selling it in gram quantities, actually SWIM can't believe they are selling it at all.

Swim is also suprised the are selling this stuff without any dose warnings given that it's been sold in gram bags! They could at least promote something lik3, "no more 50mg of the bath salts should be used at any one time!"

Swim is currently a daily user of ivory wave and he originally started on doses like 50mg and by day 7 his use had increased, to swim allowing about 750mg of this stuff to get up his nose. The paranio was intense, swim lost his persceptive about himself, like he thought everyone was aware that he was using, even though in hindsight it's very unlikely.

Swim now finds that he can use the drug thoughout the day now, with about 50mg in the morning and redosing a absolute 2 times at the most, using no more than another 50mg each time and it's a most effective dose to give swim good energy and a great stimulant effect though the day with no hangover if he takes a few days off. This is some strong bath salts and more is not always better swim has found. The come down is edgy and nausiating, but swim always seem to be able to eat after this drug without a problem, although be warned that large doses have always caused a problem with his breathing. It's like he can breath deep and calmly and yet the air doesn't seem to get into the blood, so be warning that you really should avoid getting this stuff into your lungs.

Hi, SWIM advices SWIY Blasterboy to seriously reconsider using this product to such an extent, SWIYs bad experience should have been enough to put SWIY off for life. SWIY doesn't want to sound preachy but it is unknown chemicals that has had negative effects on most people going into SWIYs body.

In plain English; SWIM does not advise using this drug at all.

Just look at all the negative reports of it. Taking daily doses of anything (unless prescribed) is not a good idea especially MDPV.

swim doesn't think it's MDPV, as he researched about that drug, after you said so. After experiencing Ivory Wave on a regular basis, I can advice swiy, that although swims had very much experience with this "compound," (comparitivly compared to lack of other posts yet,) swims yet to find any benefit from using doses beyond 200mg a day. That unless your looking to abuse this drug and swim can advice that after initially experiencing doses of up to 750mg in one day, that this IVORY WAVE seems to leave you extremely paraniod/unsure of yourself and the nausa it can cause is aweful. These side affects haven't been noticed after using a MAX of 50mg a time, up to 4 times a day. It's seems that it doesn't effect swims ability to sleep from that dose and although it kills appetite, food has still been enjoyed. Again through all flys out of the window if you use more that 200mg in any one day! Crash from the 750mg dose swim originally used, wasn't anything like swims read that MDPV often causes. It's just an unessasery dose for many reasons.
