Effects - low tolerance?

SWIM enjoys smoking a bit of bud with his mates, but SWIM has noticed that after one or 2 joints (shared) SWIM feels it is time for him to stop while the others just carry on blazing, SWIM likes to relax to music and also drink alcohol whilst smoking, So SWIM was wondering do i have a low tolerance or could the alcohol have an extra affect?

The alcohol may be having an extra effect, but it still sounds to SWIM as though SWIY has a low tolerance. It's not a bad thing, of course. Most cannabis users have a low tolerance when they first start smoking (if you become a heavy or habitual smoker SWIY will most likely see his tolerance rise); SWIY should enjoy it while he can, because a low tolerance means a strong experience on less weed and less harmful smoke in your lungs.

swim would like to thank you for your reply, swim may try avoiding alcohol, but it is one of swims favourite past times, swim will carry on with the bud, but like swiy said just make the most of my low tolerance , can i ask you, how much does swiy need before they feel really niceley stoned?

After having used cannabis for quite some time now, SWIM still maintains a somewhat low tolerance -- in that he can get stoned after 2-3 good bong rips. However, it takes him quite a bit more than that to get the same face-melting high that he got when he started out.

When SWIY's tolerance does increase, and SWIY would like to have that intense new-user feeling again without smoking a whole lot, try "cleaning out" -- stop smoking marijuana for a few days or weeks (the longer SWIY goes the more effective this is), and then toking up again. Since tolerance is due largely to a "build-up" in SWIY's system, giving SWIY's body time to clear out partially or more fully will result in the intense highs once more.

SWIM also has low tolerance... much lower than you lol. He can have maybe half a joint and be a very nice stoned. 3-5 good hits from a pipe is all he needs, one full bowl would practically kill him lol. Enjoy saving money!
