Drug info - New to the world of Research Chemicals - Advice from more experienced SWIMMERS?

Hi, SWIM has recently been introduced to the world of research chemicals and so far finds it all very intriguing. SWIMS experiences of mephredrone have been wholly posistive and yet through reading through the forum it seems it is perhaps something to be avoided, or is this perhaps mere scaremongering SWIM wonders.

This leads onto methylone, still yet to try, but would very much like to, is it generally considered to be the research chemical of choice for raves? as this is the only environment, other than house parties and the like, in which SWIM dabbles anyhow. If not what are SWIMMERS RC's of choice.

As far as raves, my raver friend enjoys tripping on things such as 2c-t-2 and 2c-i at raves since they give energy and shove him to be more social, yet he has a much better time. He hasn't really gotten into the buzz about methylone/mephedrone.

Cheers for the heads up about sourcing. SWIM tryed 2cb about two months ago through a friend; very enjoyable, completely understand why sourcing isnt allowed but its still annoying as SWIM would love to get his hands on these compounds. other than ketamine street drugs in my area are grade A SHITE!!

The "magic half dozen" of the 2-c family are amazing- although turtle would not recommend most of them to those new to psychedelics.
Some of the tryptamines and the synthetic psilocybins are quite worthy as well.

For those newer, 2c-b and the synthetic psilocypins are arguably the gentlest introduction. (with the caveat that 2c-b is VERY setting dependent)

Turtle would also strongly recommend reading the more recent info on potential health problems re: mephedrone - turtle would not recommend this substance to anyone at this point.

SWIMs also new to the world of research chemicals. Is the topic of research chemicals taboo since the more they're talked about and used the more likely they are to enter the ranks of controlled substances?

at the risk of sounding ridiculously naive, by orally does swiy mean standard gumming ala cocaine, or perhaps in a gelatine capsule, or even in an aquaeous solution?

Hey everyone. SWIM started with rc's a few months ago. SWIM found that methylone seemed to work very well at higher doses orally. Probably SWIMS favorite for a short term powerful feeling. 2c-i is a fantastic thing as well recommended 25 mg dosage worked very well. However mephedrone while it had a amazing effect on SWIM (while SWIM was on it) it became so addiciting, the damage it did, and the horrible comedown (that some people claim doesnt happen) and the HORRIBLE burning of the nostrils (orally at dosages of 300 mg did nothing for swim) made it so not worth it that SWIM disgarded the remaing 300 mg and felt great doing so. Dont get swim wrong, it was amazing feeling, but not worth it.

Interesting, 2 has yet to try 4-MMC mainly stays away from it right now because of such bad side effects. 2 Has tried M1 though and found it very nice, very similar to what he understands is MDMA but just slightly different. 2c-i just makes him horny, 2c-e is his answer to the horrible supply of LSD in his area... :3

All depends on what exactly you're looking for, 2 is hoping to try 5-MeO-MiPT soon but cannot seem to make the proper connections somewhere...

If SWIY really likes mepehdrone, how could they not like methylone, which is deeper and more and more euphoric but longer lasting?

Not to say that the other RCs mentioned are not worth trying.

methylone is by far the best in swims opinion. swim says methylone has such a great change from partying with the first two doses and then chilling and sleeping so deep with the 3 and 4 dose. Love it people.

Swim likes methylone and may try some of the others in the future. Some of the reported side effects of 'drone may mean he doesn't trythat though!

16.22% so far has been in the other category. Yet I have yet to see anyone comment on anything other than 2c's, methylone, and mephedrone. Could one of the 30 swiy's that voted other make a comment on what the other is please? Thank you

turtles aardvark can't remember if the poll was multiple choice or not- so can't say for sure what he voted on...

but as to the "other" category, there are many gems out there.

the "other" beta ketone- bk-MBDB aka butylone

the psilocin like 4-aco-dmt and 4 acetoxy-DIPT

the classic tryptamine 5-meo-dmt, sadly due to become scheduled in the US any day now...

5-meo-mipt ... There are many great psychedelic rc's out there that all have the ability to open different doors, and that all to the aardvark seem more worthwhile then mephedrone, at least if one is looking more towards learning them simple enjoyment...
