Drug info - Bad Acid

has anyone ever had an experience where it seemed like it was bad acid (where there was nothing in the environment or previous mental state to induce a bad trip); I once took some cid with friends that we got from these local punks, and through the whole trip I felt like something wasn't right, and felt a wierd feeling running through my body (hard to explain), sometimes almost making me panic; however, it was not like it was a totally bad trip, it was just... different.

probably it wasn't LSD. Of course there is crappy LSD out there :cough:Violet Crystal:cough: but even with crappy acid it's still more or less the same high, just not as 'clean'. my guess is you got some friendly neighborhood tryptamine.

well, it was on blotter, and it definitely had the characteristics of an acid trip... how would you describe an acid trip that was not as 'clean' compared to one that was?

This is a very interesting question. I have always wondered ifbad acidreally exist or if it is just a subjective thing. I have heard that the last by-product of lsd production, is also very psychoactive and some short sighted producers add this to theend product. Does anybody have more info?

yeah, even after having done some research on the matter, I'm not entirely clear on the existence of 'bad acid' and what chemical(s) exactly would be in it...

there's hundreds off different ways to synthesize LSD. All of them are very difficult. The end products differ in purity based on how they're made. A lot of the contaminants are very close relatives of LSD and are psychoactive. Violet crystal, the one I mentioned, is some of the worst acid. It does contain LSD but is only about 40% pure as a crystal, leaving a lot of other random shit. There is definately better and worse acid. Oh and just cause it's on blotter doesn't mean it's real, people lay 5-meos on blotter all the time.

The stuff that gives you a splitting headache and a wicked back ache kind of sucks. I think thats why LSD isn't around like it was. To much "bad acid". Ya, it gives me halucinations but it's also a "bummer" when you get that nasty headache.
