Salvia divinorum extract Incense?
Why do some websites sell Salvia extract as Incense? Are there any differences?

Well is theyr sold for incense then they have a reason to sell em. If they where sold as a shamanis extract or "consumable" it would b illegal. So yes it is safe to use the "incense" as a extract.
