salvia's legality

Swim has used salvia many times and despite swim's progressive attitude towards legalizing many drugs, swim personally feels that salvia needs some sort of legal backbone. Its never taught about in school, about the dangers ect. That combined with the legality of it is what encourages people who have no idea what they are doing into using it and next thing you know, youtube has a new video. swim is just scared and waiting for some article about the 8th grade kid that didn't know anything bad could come from it because its legal, takes a bongload of extract and jumps in a swimming pool. All swim is saying is that there needs to be some sort of short educational video or something or the sort that head shop owners need to play for people who buy it. swim knows that all this kind of regulation is ridiculous, but at the same time, swim feels something needs to be done. Either education, or regulation. Kids can be pretty stupid. Anyone have any ideas on how to either educate first time users, or to regulate it to prevent some kid from using it? Or is swim an idiot?
