Opinions - Piracetam - difference in effect between powder and tablets ??

could anyone tell swim if theres a diffrence in potency between piracetam tablets and the bulk powder ?? swim has been using the tablets but recently bought the powder due to the tablets working out so expensive for a months supply. Also swim is burrently taking soya lecithin supplement but is still getting headaches from time to time, is it more effective to take a choline bitartrate supplement to combat this ?? Swim finds the piracetam helps keep himself more upbeat and motivated especially during work so doesnt want to stop taking piracetam
