Passing a drug test for a job.

So Dahlia is looking for a job. She's been looking for a while and hasn't had any offers but may get some soon. Some of the ones she's applied for have drug testing. Dahlia has been shooting up daily for a month or so and is worried about this. How long does heroin stay in one's body? Also, is there ANYTHING she can do to pass a drug test while using. The only thing she can think of is getting someone elses urine and doing it that way.
