Your best detoxes are things that fight the symtpoms of withdrawl. i.e. benzoiazepines (valium, ativan, etc). These meds depress your sympathic system, which is what is in overdrive during withdrawl. Second best is to cross treat with another less potent, long lasting , and weaker opiate, like 20mg oxycontin twice a day for herion withdrawl with definately help, but nothing will make it painless, short of a slow wean over several weeks.


SWIM can describe OC W/D, after one month of constant useage, from a non-tolerant state, using up to 160mg a day, then went cold turkey after about 5 weeks. Dint know better. What followed was the worst flu I have ever had. Basically, you will be SICK, not feel SICK, but ACTUALLY SICK, by any definition. Fever, sore throat, vomit, nausea, diarhhea, shakes, chills, sweats. Like you have the mother of all viruses. And in this weakened state, quess what? You CAN GET A real virus that will keep you sick for days and days after. Thus the difference in withdrawl sysmtpoms.

its funny because i used to date a guy who speedballed all the time off of his methodone and adderal. and although it was legal and everything, totally not a good idea exspecailly when he drove, but what ever dose of methodone that was given to him which was i think liek 60mg and lile a couple of those little red adderal pills he could totally function ,i mean liek at his job, sex, everything

Ok mabey i missed something here and im really new to this so, can heroin be ingested with worthwhile effects? if so in what sort of dose, same as snort or more? And if black tar cant be snorted, how can u tell if it can be or not? basically if its dry and with crussh into powder its snortable?

Hmm Swim over here was thinking about smoking it in a roll up for the first time. How much would one need for a nice J? Does it smell or have a bad tast? I would like to do it on a low dose maybe with some valium to chill me out a bit. Does H give you the same itch that dihydrocodeine gives you? Is therer like a way to get high from it and not stoned? I'd just like to have it once and a while like maybe in the morning to get me motivated and do some work with my business. Or even just get some nice feeling, Whatevery I DONT WANT tO GET ADDICTED IN ANY WAY. But i feel it is something that I would enjoy and do once a week at the most only smoking it in roll ups.

What do you guys think?

Swim has always been very interested in trying heroin, a one time deal, just to see what the fuss is about..... from swiy's personal experience....is it worth it?

depends what swiy defines as worth it. read through the experiences here and on erowid. keep in mind that many will be glowing reports of someone's first time, and then factor in that about 15% of heroin users are addicted. thats something to really be careful of; its not a drug to toy with. if swiy doesnt have significant experience with opiates maybe she shouldnt try it at all, it is a very powerful drug, and its allure is great. even if swiy has a bad time, its still possible to od.

but then again, some lab rats say its the best high they've ever had. swim would disagree. he says that synthetic opiates in the proper dosages feel better.

some lab rats find that codeine approximates the heroin "feel" in recreational dosages, so swiy may be able to start from there and see if she even likes opiates at all. perhaps its for the best if she doesnt like them, however. or rather, doesnt like them TOO much =]

SWIM has never tried Heroin. In fact, he has never ventured past DXM, Diphen and Codeine. SWIM will probably never try Heroin, as he's actually quite scared by the power of the drug and the power of the hold it can have on people's lives. Also SWIM is pretty easily addicted to whatever he tries, whether psychologically or physically.

Would it be possible to smoke H in a regular cigarette with tobacco? Has anyone done this before and could explain to swim how it's done? Swim has been injecting heroin on and off for about 3 years but just recently got sober and then relapsed about a week ago. However, since the relapse, swim has not injected but instead has been snorting because there is no way she can possibly hide works from her psycho mother. Anyway, it sounds like smoking is a better way to go than snorting and so swim is curious if she could just sprinkle some on a cigarette and smoke it like that. Basically, swim needs to find the best possible way to enjoy her dope without the pleasure of the needle. So what's the next best thing?

SWIM won't be able to tell you how much is good/safe amount to do on the first time as SWIM doesn't know the potency of Heroin SWIY has and what it has been cut with, etc. But I believe SWIY can do it himself by starting with a matchstick head worth of powder and build your way up until SWIY feels desired effects.

This is how SWIM personally smokes(also called chasing the dragon) Heroin. He doesn't claim that this is the best way but most people SWIM knows do it this way and this way has worked best for SWIM since years as he doesn't like shooting : -

Buy a generic roll of good quality aluminium foil in which you wrap your food(Beware of the ones with a layer of plastic on one side which are being sold recently)

Now cut out from the roll a foil of size of say a cigarette box. Size doesn't matter but the larger the foil is, the easier it will be for SWIY to chase the Heroin while its melting.

You will notice that the foil has a shiny side and a metallic side. Now put the desirable amount of powder on the foil's metallic side. (SWIM doesn't like to put it on the shiny side because once he tried the process without Heroin with shiny side on top and it gave off fumes and the shine went off. Which probably means you'd be smoking aluminium or some other harmful chemical than heroin. The same didn't happen when metallic side was up.)

Once you have the powder on the foil, fold any currency note and put one end in your mouth. You can use any similar cylindrical shaped object in place of note.

now take a lighter and lower down the flame if its too high as a flame too hot will only make your heroin burn faster allowing you less time to consume all the smoke leading to wastage of smoke.

Now put the lighter right under the foil where the powder is kept. Put one end of the folded note in your mouth and the other end a little above the powder (Keep a considerable distance between powder and note's end as you dont want to end up sucking the powder itself).

Now, you are all prepared for your heroin experience. Light the lighter and you will see the powder melting into liquid. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME and start sucking the fumes coming out from the melting powder. The powder should generally melt all into brownish red liquid and the fumes will keep on coming until the lighter is on.

Don't worry if your lungs can't take it all at once.Just inhale as much fume you can and then stop the lighter. The liquid will remain unharmed on foil till you take a break. When you are ready to chase again repeat the process by lighting the lighter until the liquid turns into ashy residue and no more fumes come out.

swim has found a few grams of white powder heroin that is a few years old, it was stored in a cool dark place(cold room with concrete) has been contaminated with some dust, dirt and possibly insects from being left out on a shelf behind a wall. What is a easy way to clean this stuff out... swim doesnt think its been cut... and knows the source from where its made, but is unable to find any information besides how to safely inject the stuff.

swim has snorted some and has felt desired effects but is still wanting to sift the small specks of foreign matter out... swim is also interested in smoking but is unsure how to do so. swim has said that a match stick was enough to feel a rush, and desired mental effects were felt, but the body is wanting more.

swim also needs some new friends and better feelings

Dissolve it in water, filter off the crap and then heat slowly to let the water evaporate.

Ok, well, i'm not sure if this is a basic question, but i suppose it is. My friend gave me 3 blues last night, and i didn't know what a blue was, and she said they had heroin in them. So i snorted them and now my throat is killing me, and it's actually bleeding a little. I've never snorted before, so i got worried and started to look it up online, but from what i could find, blue doesn't have heroin in it, so now i'm really confused. Can blue have heroin is it? And if so, why does my throat hurt so bad and what can i do? Is that normal?

Swiy should try and gargle with salt water,this will sooth your throat and help it heal quicker..
Also swiy has been very lucky lets hope you learned a valuable lesson from this!!

Blues = slang for 30mg oxycodone no time release. no binders NOTHING the good stuff that most Oxyheads prefer over any type of oxycodone pill. They are called blues because the original ones were blue but those are gone. there is still one other brand that are blue and also there is white and light blue.

swiy should be fine as the pill was probably not broken up enough. a few tiny rocks down your nasals can do that to swiyou. Next time (if there is), make sure the powder is actually POWDER and not a bunch of little rocks.

Also swiy shouldn't be taking drugs that he doesn't know anything about especially if its from someone who is misinformed wanting to test them out on someone. For the record it does not have heroin in it. It is Oxycodone which is a synthetic opiate and is therefore related to Heroin.

The 3 blues were probably 10mg Valium tablets and no they don't have heroin just Valium (diazepam).

SWIY shouldn't be taking blues if you don't know what they are, doesn't sound like a nice friend TBH.
