Keeping JWH-018 legal

Not sure if this is the right place for this.

Seeing as jwh-018 has been banned in many countries already i assume a ban is in the works in many other countries. I would like to see some resistance to this ban, even though it may not succeed such resistance could change the attitudes of many towards the prohibition of drugs.

If successful it could mark the beginning of the regulation of drugs (other than alcohol, nicotine and caffeine of course ).
This already happened with bzp in New Zealand when they created the "class D" classification (a massive forward step imo). Although bzp was not kept under this classification for very long.

However bzp caused many adverse reactions in people which lead many to assume it was quite toxic. There does not seem to be the same level of adverse reactions to JWH-018. It seems there would be a better case for keeping it legal.

However, in order for jwh-018 to be kept legal, smoking blend producers have to start giving ingredients and dosages. Otherwise who could blame governments for banning "herbal blends" that have untested chemicals added in secretly in such an underhanded manner.
It sounds too sinister for any politician to consider endorsing. If ingredients/dosages were given freely it would be an awful lot easier to label smoking blends as harm reduction and a responsible alternative to prohibition.

It's not as if smoking blend producers have anything to gain from keeping the ingredients secret. Their secret is out in the open now!!!
It's only a matter of time before JWH-018 is banned if they continue the way they are going. Once one producer publishes ingredients/dosages it's not hard to imagine the rest following suit.

If they went one step further and started producing jwh-018 pills then we could also use the argument that jwh-018 eliminates the harms of smoking and all the extra chemicals you find in cannabis.

With responsible behaviour on the part of producers / sellers and some vocal arguments on our part, some countries may allow business to continue as usual, at least for a while.

What do you think?

Should jwh-018 be kept legal, or would governments be right in removing it from the market due to it's safety not yet being fully assessed?
