Will removing the outer parts of a cactus make it more potent?
In terms of dried peruvian torch cuttings, would removing the outer shell and only using the spongey green layer make it more potent? I've just done that and it looks like I've got rid of half the material but now I don't know how much to take as I assume using just the green layer will make it more potent?
