best glass for GBL?

Swims turtle remembers seeing some comments re: problems with pyrex and GBL. An admittedly quick search did not provide a definitive answer though...

So turtles question is: what glass is best (or if easier- which glass is problematic) with GBL ? In short- turtle is thinking in terms of graduated cylinders/ stirring rods.

Re: best glass for GBL?

SWIMS friend allways uses pyrex glasswork.
but SWIM also knows that pyrex glass being produced today is not of the same quality as a few years ago!

and SWIm has heard of a few accidents with pyrex but no real experiences!

Re: best glass for GBL?

The only issue regarding pyrex is it's possible use as a heating vessel for the GBL>GHB synth and is discussed in this this thread.
