Dose - question about tolerance

surf smokes about 2 to 3 small bowls throughout the day and by the end of the day its equivalent of about one well packed bowl. this has been going on for several months now and his tolerance is pretty much through the roof. he used to be able to smoke and laugh and have really intense highs, but now the highs are really subtle and he gets a nice body high at best. surf even ate two potent pot cookies and it didn't do much.

so surf is wondering if he cut his smoking down to 1 small bowl in the morning every morning, would his tolerance go down so that the small bowl would actually start feeling more powerful? like, if he decreased the amount that he smoked then the same amounts would begin to feel more potent.

swim would recomend not smoking anything for a couple days, as hard as that might sound, to get tolerance back to where it was.

Swim also has a high tolerance - swim thinks there are really only two options:
1. Smoke more over a short period of time
or
2. Try and stop for two days and then take a massive hit
