What kind of tolerance does swim have?

swim has been using opiates on an off for the last few months now (after abstinence from light use last year). swim primarily uses poppy pod tea and oxycodone. swim would use three large size pods for every tea prep, and using maybe once every 10-11 days, swim decided 3 weeks ago on his vacation to drink 3 times over 9 days (2 in a row then again on the last night). swim then waited two weeks (chose life) and relapsed yesterday with 10 mg of oxy (tylenol scare has caused the dr. of swim's hookup to prescribe percodan instead of percocet, same amount every month though!).

swim is thinking about getting into some stronger doses and needs to know if swiy would consider his tolerance light, common, or strong at this point. also what is there an average waiting period for "intolerance" to develop if you don't use alot? swim weighs 125 lbs, thanx
