Paraphernalia - how to split a vial?

Getting a 100-drop/hit vial, which we want to split around.

Is there a good way to split a 100-drop vial into a bunch of 10-hitters?

I've seen/read about putting the drops onto sugar cubes to take the lsd. Is this a good way of storing it as well?

Is there a neat way to put 10 drops of it into smaller vials of some sort? Test-tubes of some sort? 10 drops should be ~0.5ml.
