Tea vs consumption of pods
If this has been answered before SWIM sends his apologies!
SWIM was wondering when making tea does the high temperature react with the opiates to produce more goodies producing a stronger high, then say eating the ground pods with say pudding? |

Heat is bad if anything for opiates. SWIYou will get all the opiates by eating pod powder but with tea SWIYou can increase it's potency in a number of ways. Tea would be SWIM's choice.

Well if the temperature doesn't rise above 70 Celsius then no morphine will be destroyed. Who said SWIY can't potentate the powder when you eat it? Simply drink grapefruit juice before. Or drink some lemonade with the pod pudding.

Those only make the opiates slightly more soluble, changing from a meconate salt to a citrate salt. Heat has nothing to do with increasing potency, to answer the question.

Eating the pods themselves (preferably ground in food or tea) has always resulted in a stronger high for SWIM than drinking seperated tea, but has more potential for some serious nausea (especially when combined with other opiates); heating opiates past a certain temp., morphine & codeine in particular, destroys the alkaloids.
Grapefruit potentiates most opiates through liver enzyme inhibition (slower metabolism), but I've heard conflicting accounts as to whether or not it potentiates codeine. straight seperated tea is the easiest way to go & the high is what it is regardless of grapefruit for SWIM personally. The best way to potentiate the high for SWIM is to mix it with low doses of other opioids (Severe nausea is commonplace when combining opiates & the chance of ODing is greater so dont be a dumb ass if SWIM takes this route). |
