Dirty shot

Swim on several occasions immediately after shooting would experience extreme body shakes and a feeling of cold and fever(swims is talking of uncontrollable shakes). Although swim has not Iv-ed for many many years is still curios what caused that . This happened extremely rare and usually another shot would calm swim down . Do swiy know or have they experienced similar effects and can they shed some light as to what caused it
