Combinations - Coke laced with Meth?

Swim did a gram of some coke last night that had effects hes never seen in the drug before. It started off as a steady euphoria that felt like all the other yayo hes done. Nice adrenaline rush, very talkative and an overall sense of well being. The coke Swim usually does is of high quality and to his knowledge not cut too much at all. After hes had a night of "hitting the slopes", he can normally still eat and sleep without much difficulty. The coke he railed last night was a different story. He did his last lines a bit after midnight and went home feeling alright but knew the high was far from over. Now Swim has done plenty of ecstasy that he knows was pressed with meth and everytime he would be enjoying the ride of the mdma first and when it seemed to go down a bit a new high would surface. Swim was wired all night, unable to sleep and a tingling going throughout his entire body. It would start at his feet, and go all the way up his legs, arms and finish off with a ringing in his head. The comedown was pretty brutal as Swim felt a lot sketchier and twitching, with a dry mouth and throat.

If anyone knows if these are the correct symptoms associated with meth use than let Swim know or correct him if hes getting the wrong idea.
