Desperately need help with injecting

My monkey is posting this on my behalf

"I've only shot up once and it was done by someone else. I'm having problems getting air bubbles out of the needle. I know you're supposed to flick it and then get the air out, but it's not really working.

Also, if there are tiny air bubbles, how do I get those to the top? Flicking it only enables me to get the big air bubble to the top, but then I can't seem to get rid of it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!"
