Heavy study stack: Review and suggestions please

Hello All,

SWIM is new to the world of nootropics and the range of discussions on the forum is just fantastic !!

SWIM is 28 and is planning to go into a tangentially different profession than what she got training for, which requires her to be ultra heavy on studies ( = memory, more memory, long essay writings, analytical: In that order). This is what SWIM is trying currently:

Modafinil 200mg x 1

Piracetam 800mg x 2
Lecithin 1000mg x 2
Bacopa 250mg x 1
Vinpocetin 5mg x 2
Pyritinol 200mg x 2
Ginko 40mg x 2
Vit B12 1500mcg x 1
Inositol 150mg x 1
Benfothiamine 150mg x 1
Cr polynicotinate 200mcg x 1
Alpha lipoic acid 100mg x 1
Ashwagandha 250mg x 1
Multivitamin 1 x 1

Everything went as usual for the couple of days but guess Modafinil led her to sleep less and SWIM discontinued after couple of days deciding to use it as per need basis. And it was worse than ever: SWIM became sleepy all the time and recalling stuff became more difficult. Confusion everywhere! Now SWIM doesn't even feel motivated to study !!!

After hit-n-trial Piracetam came out to be the cause of sleepiness... Any truth to it? Any solutions?

Some questions SWIM is hoping to get answered...

1. How does the regime look like? Good, bad, ugly?
2. If good, what should SWIM expect and approx. when?
3. Is there something missing in the regime? Is something redundant?
4. Are the doses all right?
5. How does SWIM use this regime effectively? what time to take what doses etc?

Any other inputs/suggestions/critical analysis are most welcome.

Cheers
Mira
