Opinions - First time user - Dosage and Strain

I had never heard of Kratom before drugs-forum, but it sounds like quite an interesting plant to test on my lab rat.

However I was wondering what to give him and the aproximate dosage of each -
High Alkaloid Premium Kratom
Kratom Resin Extract
Kratom 15X Standardised Extract
Maeng Da Kratom

Now I know I cant dicuss prices, but which is the most cost effective?

Oh and futhermore I am in the UK, is it Legal here? I presumed so as sites ship here, put just read another post saying it is illegal in the UK.

I have also discovered Kratom 25X (Mitragyna Speciosa) 2g that seems to be most cost effective, if it is truly 25x as potent.

Swim has heard some people say normal crushed or whole leaf is the most cost effective, with some preferring to grind it in say a coffee grinder just before consumption. The extracts and such are pretty much a way to get more alkaloids into the system without having to consume a lot of leaf (because some people don't like the taste), or swallowing a lot of gelcaps.
