Combinations - drinking on mirtazepine - answer needed asap

ive been on mirtazapine for just over a week and im drunk so i assume there not overly dangerous together but do think i should skip tonights dose as one wont really make that much of a difference in the long run and it beats liver/kidney failure (or some other dodgy side effect)

Nah, SWIY is fine... mirtazepine is a Tetracyclic antidepressant, with anti-histimine properties. The only pronounced risk with combination of alcohol is increased sedatory effects, so one should be even more cautious about operating heavy machinery while under the influence of both.... but other than that... SWIY's fine.
