Dose - maximizing the effects of opiates/dihyrocodeine dose

swim has got 9 30mg dihydrocodeine pills (pure not with paracetamol or any thing) and i was wondering whats the best way to get the most out of them. i know/have heard that dihyrocodeine is twice as strong as codeine but that doesnt mean much as codeines an insult to the word opiate. swim has taken 300mg of dihydrocodeine before and it didnt really do any thing as swim has got a reasonably high opiate tolerance because he smokes heroin recreationally. swim finds alcohol or/and promethazine increases the effects of opiates but do you think this will be enough? also does any one know how effective taking dihydrocodeine via suppository and what a standard dose is for a 55kg male?

Great way to maximize the effects of opiates. Take the pills and put them in the mouth. Now swallow them.

so take the pills and stick them up your bum because that might maximize the effects. or maybe try taking them with other sedatives that may maximize the effects but just swallowing them will just give you the effects not maximized at all

today after getting drunk on a couple of lozaepam swim though fuck it and necked the 270mg of hydrocodeine with 150mg of promethazine... hopefully swim will get a decent buzz... might keep drinking... swim'l wait for his stomach to settle

Three hours before SWIY dose, drink a big glass of grapefruit juice, a big glass of tonic water, and take 400mg of tagamet. An hour before, take another 200mg tagament, and drink a tall glass of half tonic half GF juice.

When it come time to dosing, crush the pills, dissolve them in a little hot water, and squirt them up SWIY anus with a needleless syringe.

At the same time, take 25mg benadryl and 1 or 2 Dramamine pills.
