Experiences - Salvia No Working after repeated use?

SWIM tried salvia a few days ago for the first time (20x) and loved it.
It was one of the best experiences of SWIMs life.
SWIM tried doing it again the next day, but it didnt work.
SWIM then bought more (40x) and it still didnt work.
SWIM knows how to smoke correctly but its not working.
Can you build a tolerance to salvia?
Can doing that often in a 3-day time period make it not work?

From reading the Erowid experiences the opposite is usually true. The more times Salvia is used the easier it is to experience.

At least someone you know did get one get trip out of it. SWIM has tried it four times with no results at all.

I would suggest that you read around on this forum a bit. Variations on this question have been discussed many times. The Sage is a fickle medicine. It is very responsive to time and place, light and sound, and other factors. Sometimes, it just plain doesn't work. In order to achieve the best results, it's important to approach it with respect and a particular attitute. It's helpful to have a question in mind. It's called the Diviner's Sage for a reason. Just taking it to get high is likely to be viewed as abuse. The Sage doesn't take kindly to abuse, and you will be dealt with accordingly.

Swim's fellow swimmers have reported smoking salvia then later in the day not having any effects, but from swim's experience, swiy can hit it every single night and potency won't be lost. It actually increased when swim would smoke a plain leaf joint once or twice a day. By day 5 he was almost breaking through. Oh, make sure it's out of a bong, preferably in low lights
