Can Tramadol be taken with Viagra or Cilias?

Once swim took 400mg tramadol and after few hours a pill of viagra (50mg?). Viagra did the job, but swim still couldn't ejaculate (thx opioids). After a session of agressive, but pointless sex swim drank 300mg of CWE codeine.

Swim doesn't know if it was the viagra, but never before he felt such levitating extasy just by taking a walk by the nearby forest. Swim has done 400mg tram + 300mg codeine a lot of times, but this was the winner.
