Dissolving Phenazepam in propylene glycol

Han anyone successfully does this with phenazepam? SWIM was pondering dissolving 100mg into appx 60ml of propylene glycol, shaking it, then being able to dose it with the number of drops according to a 1.5ml measuring plastic bullet. What about jwh-xxx compounds?

SWIM would greatly appreciate feedback
