Blue vervain

(swim had me post this in the wrong section so this is a repost but in the right section.. swim hopes at least)

Swims mother who is an herbalist and practicing wican gave him some blue vervain to smoke.

Swim finds it put his mind into the next level, as in this. His mental and thought processes can go into over drive smoothly. he is alive!

He consulted his mother about this and she said it increases mind awareness.

Swim wanted to know if ne other swimmers had experiences with this?

*this is the anwser to a question asked.

Swim said this to me and wanted me to type it for him.

Well its not a high by no means. its an opened mind . you notice things in such detailed and vivid ways. You learn and think apond it into a new level of thought. While thinking about what is happening what is going on what to do what one should do how one should do this. what is the best option and you find it.

Re: Blue vervain

SWIM has found a loose reference on a source site that it has been used by Pawnee Indians to enhance dreaming.

This has been taken from wiki

More recently, the Pawnee Indians used vervain to improve their dreaming, and is often referred to as the North American version of Calea zacatechichi.

One thing she has recommended to me but . have not yet tried is a tea/smoke blend to promote vivid dreams containing (aherm):
Calea Zacatechichi, a rare African Dream Herb (not sure what that is), Blue Vervain, Wild Lettuce, and California Poppy
She says it tastes like brussels sprouts but is very relaxing.
