SWIM's weekend and ramifications. Advice?

SWIM's panda went out on the weekend both friday and saturday. He said on the Friday night it was his first time double dropping and charged very very hard and had another one when he though he was going down a little bit. He said it was an amazing night... However on the Saturday felt pretty doddgy but proceeded to start drinking again in the arvo and kept drinking lots til he went out but the only problem was he said he did not get drunk or tipsy at all. He took another 3 rounds in 30-45min intervals and did not gain any energy or euphoria at all! Everyone said he looked like a very sad Panda and he felt VERY spaced out! It was not a fun night at all for him at all. The next day he felt even worse. My poor Panda has been bed ridden all week with a cold/flu now.
Do you think it's time for him to give it a break for a while now? Was the saturday night loss of magic or just bad short term tolerance. Can you also offer some insight into why he couldnt get drunk no matter how much booze he had....
Thank you all! and sorry if any info was omited.

Argh! sorry guys I just realised I forgot to say he has been using for 6 months now about every 2nd weekend, and sometimes 3 weekends in a row.

how does swiy feel sober? unfocused, lethargic, fatigued? it's possible swiy's dopamine receptors are overworked and seeing as alcohol is a marginal DR agonist swiy wouldn't necessarily be able to achieve dopaminergic euphoria...

Yes he felt like most of those things you described. Especially lethargic and fatigued. Also very Dazed and not really 'with it'.

sounds like a lack of seratonin to me. When you scoff loads of mdxx your brain hammers its reserves of this magical happy brain chemical. All is needed is some time and some healthy life style to recoup the depleated stores.

sleep, fruit and veg, and perhaps some 5-htp suppliments can help.

as for the not getting drunk, well, booze still effects the body, it just seems less 'impressive' if some ones been off their everloving tits all night.

staying up and strutting about like a maniac for a weekend, will probably wear any one down and make them ill even if no drugs are involved
