Anyone else have this problem?

Swim just wants to know if she is alone with this problem.
At the moment swim is struggling with lots of personal issues. Lot's of feelings are surfacing so swim is assuming it needs to be dealt with and will try to do so. But swim is having a strange experience.
Swim keeps getting a "rush" at odd times of the day.
If anyone has had a general anaesthetic they will know this feeling.
That smell and taste that swim gets when they inject the anaesthetic into swims arm.
Swim get's it all of the time at the moment, and it's causing awful cravings.
Swim has had this before, but it's becoming a big problem now.
Swim has mentioned it to her GP, but he says it will go, swim just needs to deal with the personal stuff, and it will stop.
How can swim cope with this, it seems to be getting worse not better, and swim is getting "jittery."
Swim knows that if she takes anything to help the anxiety it's a slippery slope, she's been here before. Are there any "natural" ways for swim to ease this uncomfortable side effect of addiction?
Addiction is so devious, swim has been clean for years now, but swims gorilla is still snappin' at her ass.
Evil fuckin' gorilla.
Help.
