Side effects - Visuals at night even when not high

Sorry if this is the wrong forum. I'll delete it if it is.

So for about a year, a couple times a week, swim been getting nice visuals at night, even when he's not high.

The visuals are both OE/CE and are usualy colorful little dots, lines, and other simple patterns. Also I see like an indigo blob with yellow circles around it quite frequntly. It's like the usual CE visuals you get from good weed or a low dose of shrooms.

It's very relaxing for swim and it helps him go to sleep. Do other swimmers have this happen to them? Is there somthing wrong with swim? Also swim hasn't tripped on anything besides DXM for about four months.
