Does ADHD affect ritalin effects?

SWIM has ADHD and wants to know if his having ADHD will stop ritalin making him high, if it is possible for a ADHD sufferer to get high off of ritalin then would somebody say how many MGs SWIM should take and in what form?

P.S. SWIM is on 54 mgs of concerta everyday and has plenty of ritalin at hand.
