How did you change after DMT/Ayahuasca?

SWIM was thinking about taking ayahuasca, since it cures depression, and anxiety disorders, at least that's what is said about it. SWIM shouldn't diagnose himself, but SWIM is really fucked up in so many ways that SWIM doesn't feel like typing it all.

SWIM is kinda scared that SWIM would get fucked up in other ways if SWIM took ayahuasca, SWIM knows those are neurotoxins and not very researched at that. But SWIM knows he has to fix his current problems up, he doesn't trust the pharmacy though and wouldn't want to have shit written in his health records.

So, SWIM needs some (or even plenty of) records of change after taking DMT/Ayahuasca. SWIY's help will be appricated.
