Olive Leaf extract effective MAO-B?
SWIM was looking at info about using Olive Leaf extracts as a selective and reversable MAO-B inhibitor.
Swim believes the chemical responsible for the inhibition is called Hydroxytyrosol. The chemical listed on most extacts is Oleuropein which SWIM remembers reading is metabolized to Hydroxytyrosol. Do any SWIMMERS out there have any info about using this for MAO-B inhibition? Dosage and extract strength needed. There seems to be a lack of good info on this stuff out there.
