oxy stronger than hydro

I have heard oxycodone is stronger than hydrocodone. If so how much stronger?

Oxycodone is definitely stronger then hydrocodone. It's about 1.5 - 2x stronger.

Absolutamente. Just as a frame of reference, if hydro is like 2 steps stronger than codeine, oxy is around 5 or 6.

Unfortunately (at least in SWIM's opinion) they're both about equally addictive and have equal amounts of the unpleasant opiate side effects (constipation, nausea, nuked sleep patterns, etc). If you don't like being able to take a dump, go all out on the Vic's... Edited by: Nicaine

Nicaine- Hydrocodone is around 6 times stronger than codeine.

And I looked up how much stronger Oxycodone was than Codeine and it said 8 times, although I didn't look up any other sources.

But personally, I find it easier to have a good time on hydro than oxy.

they are both fun, oxy may hurt your belly more but it is more intense. if you're not gonna snort it make sure you cut OC's in half or in quaters before you take them. umich i wouldn't do anymore than 40 your first time, you may become ill. the only vikes you've had are 5/500 or 7.5/750 right? you would love 10/325 vicodans those are the only ones i enjoy and you can take 40 mg with only going 1500 mg tylenol!

Oxycontin (10, 20, 40, 80 mg of pure oxycodone, no asprin) are stronger than Hydrocodone. But percocet and percodan wich comes in 5mg -7.5 mg of oxycodone might seem not as potent as say a 10 mg hydrocodone. A lot of people still feel pain or don't get as fucked up on Oxycodone (which is mixed with asprin, not oxycontin)and they prefer the 10 mg of hydrocodone (vicodin HP, norco, lortab, lorcet, etc.) So it really depends what type of oxycodone your talking about.

ok, so SWIM is a bit slow at the moment... she's currently on something right now and can't think too well. could someone just help her out and tell her how much hydrocodone she'd have to take in order to get the same effects as 15 mgs of oxycodone? for the life of her, she can't compute it on her own right now...

hydro is in vics and oxycodone is in perks??? here in canada SWIM gets perks "tec on one sideor 0636" and oxycontin 10.20.40.80 only never get vics or loratab. are these the same are perks
