Combinations - Question about Adderall and alcohol

Well recently, SWIM has been prescribed two medication for ADHD. These are SWIM’s first daily medications, and he/she had a question, however they get this prescription from a doctor at school, who is inaccessible for consult during the summer. The two medications are Bupropion (Wellbutrin) in a 200MG SR pill once a day, and Adderall in 20MG pills. SWIM drinks casually, and only on weekends, generally Friday and Saturday nights each week. SWIM is wondering how bad this is after being prescribed the medications (mostly Adderall). He/she does not in any way want to use the Adderall in the way that makes it need to be a controlled substance with alcohol, namely to be able to “party longer.” What SWIM is more concerned with is a decrease in efficacy of the drugs.
Some other information, SWIM generally attempts to take their last dose before drinking as far away from the start of drinking as possible, because of the concerns they have with this matter. SWIM recognizes that another risk of drinking while using Adderall can inhibit one’s ability to tell if they have “had enough,” but does not think that this is a problem because they have what would be considered a high tolerance, but does not generally drink in excess to the point of reaching a limit where something like alcohol poisoning would be in the picture.
