Waves of intense tinnitus? Mephedrone/methylone 3x a week
Maybe some neurophysiological damage.... sometimes SWIM would wake up at night with really blatantly obvious and loud tinnitus that then dissipates away in about 15 seconds to a very quiet/ignorable plateau....
on one occasion SWIM turned to lay on their side and the wave of tinnitus suddenly came on in about 15 seconds while fully conscious. usually the tinnitus is there only when waking up....
SWIM says this is all happening while sober....
SWIM says a wave of tinnitus is almost like a slapping come up on mephedrone but way louder.... some serotonergic rush perhaps?
