Dosage of Truffles (Psilocybe Mexicana/Psilocybe Tampanensis)

sorry if this has been asked before, but could any SWIY's out there offer up some advice on a good level of dosage for wet truffles? SWIM would like the equivelant of a good mush buzz, say Ecuadorean or Columbian; and is certainly not a newbie.

also, any thoughts on dried dosages?
