So, as some of you may have read in my previous post in another section of the forum:

SWIM is currently trying to cut down on his pot use, to allow his brain to plasticize and repair any damage he has done to it with his past drug use (mild, not too heavy).
Little background info: SWIM smoked heavily for 2 years, tripped on DXM/mushrooms a few times, and only experimented with low doses of prescription medication (which sucked in SWIM's opinion). As of the past few months he has felt true dissociation between his mind and his body, feelings of "autopilot" and his life being in a movie come to mind most. He has since been taking brain supplements that boost GABA/Serotonin and brain function to help his brain compensate. He stopped smoking pot for 8 weeks, and up to 3 weeks ago was clean. In those 3 weeks, he smoked lightly with friends 5-6 times a week, and stopped a week ago.
SWIM was thinking that since it's the summer, he'd be able to purchase a smoking pipe (bowl) and take one hit every time he's craving some pot. It's not like SWIM needs to stop or anything for a drug test, but he'd really prefer to keep his body as clean as possible, and was wondering if, since he ended his heavy smoking about a week or two ago, if SWIM smoked one hit every few days, would his THC levels stay low enough to keep his body relatively "clean?" SWIM exercises 2-4 times a week, eats healthily, and is academically smart. SWIM's memory and motivation are most effected by his use. Help please! Remember, SWIM is not too concerned about his lungs, for he was never the "yo lets blaze mad L's" high school student, although he has smoked numerous blunts, SWIM was always a bong/joint/bowl kind of guy. He is primarily concerned about my brain.
