Ginger Beer question
So I'm wondering if someone were to make a brew from this recipe,would it end up an alcoholic beverage?
In the ingredients it says to let sit for 2 days.Is that the yeast fermentation period? 2 liter bottle of mineral water, large chunk of root ginger (you need 1 ½ to 2 tablespoons of grated ginger), 1 cup of sugar,1 lemon, ¼ teaspoon of dried yeast, 1 small plastic funnel.
