No, and it won't even relieve pain as well as ibuprofen. Have fun!

It is not any kind of opiod, and has no recreational value.

"On April 7, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced important changes for all non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) medicines, including CELEBREX and other prescription and non-prescription NSAIDs. The FDA has requested that the safety information of all of these products include information about cardiovascular and gastrointestinal risks. Therefore, the FDA is requesting manufacturers of all prescription NSAIDs to include boxed warnings identifying these risks."- http://www.celebrex.com

FDA Public Health Advisory: Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug Products (NSAIDS)

Not only does it not have recreational value, it seems to have caused lots of bad side effects.

Celebrex and particularly Vioxx have caused lots of heart attacks, that's a fucking shit, but completely legal, at the opposite of lsd for ex. which never killed directly no one.
